After a tumultuous morning (the threenager stage is in full swing right now!) and with Ben in London for the day, the only thing to do was to get out, go for walk and soak up the beautiful November sunshine.
I packed some of the girls' Halloween treats and we found a spot in the sun, ate sweets and laughed together. Coralie was obsessed with chasing every squirrel she could find, often into the bushes, and Josephine collected all the pretty leaves she could. As always Phiney had to stop past the Temple - apparently it's a castle and a princess used to live there.
It was a lovely morning and swept away all the stress of tantrums and lack of sleep; the perfect way to start November.
